Cancellation policy:

Please help us provide better service by keeping your scheduled appointment.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.  We may charge a $25.00 fee for missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments without a 24-hour notice.  Repeated failure to keep appointments may jeopardize your next visit to our salon.

We understand that there are extreme cases that are uncontrollable, weather, family emergencies, etc. Each cancellation will be evaluated and fee may be waved for those extreme cases.
